Story
Josh and I got married on May 29, 2009, which was my parents 34th wedding anniversary. We got married on the same day as my parents, by the same preacher that married them 34 years ago. :o)
We both graduated from Oklahoma State University (OSU) and had Pistol Pete (OSU's Mascot) escort us into the reception to the OSU fight song.
I am a first grade teacher, and a few weeks before my wedding, one of my students came to school with a picture that she had made me that depicted the wedding. I knew I had to incorporate it into the wedding somehow so we had it sitting on the guest table as guests came in. The little girl was absolutely ecstatic that I had incorporated her picture into my special day! Several of my students also came to the wedding.
We had a photobooth at our wedding that was our "favor" to the guests. The photobooth company brought props that the guests enjoyed while taking photobooth pics!
